1. Overview

At Grace & Gotta, we want you to love every outfit you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return process.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Worn, damaged, or altered products

 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@graceandgotta.com with your order details
  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the provided address

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

 

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible

 

9. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless it’s our error)
